Fast and very efficient

Not super friendly but good food

Excellent food at a reasonable price. I had a burrito grande that was about a foot long and 4 inches thick. The other person eating with me had a chicken quesadilla that was stuffed and was huge as well. We both took home leftovers.

Out of a vast sea of affordable Mexican restaurants, this El Nopal location emerges as the clear winner. It's simply always on point. What you can expect:- Delicious food, delivered to your table at lightning speed. - Cordial, effective staff.- Cheap, tasty drinks.- Clean environment.My favorite menu items:- First of all, I love their spicy complimentary salsa. - Tamales. So, so good.- Frozen margs.- Fajitas. Any variety.The only drawback of visiting El Nopal is inevitably overeating.... Come at your own risk!

Best Mexican Restaurant I've ever been to. Went there on 10/18/19. Absolutely amazing food. The plates are massive! Twice the size of a normal plate. They have a burrito thicker than my arm. Unfortunately we had to wait for well over 30 minutes for our food BUT the staff did inform us of why the wait took so long. Our drinks were always filled. They easily accommodated our group of 12+ people. I hope they repair the bathroom soon.

Great food and a lot of it for a Reasonable price

The staff was very efficient, but not warm or friendly. My lunch & margaritas were delicious.

Service is like Taco Bell aint nothing but a Drive thru. Was only 2 in restaurant and felt like their was a waiting list and they needed our seat..

Fast and friendly service

The ground beef was very salty, to salty to eat .the beans were like soup, the rice was ok. service was fast. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Was ok. Not best Mexican restaurant, but deff not the worst. The service was just ok too. If some one asked me if I wanted to go and this was their choice, I'd go...but I would not be the one suggesting this to the group.

Foods okay. Not my 1st choice in Mexican food. Combo dinner and soft drink cost $13 before tip. Service is quick. It was clean inside. Plenty of parking.

The plates here are HUGE!!! So good. Nacho Fajitas and Monica's Platter are my 2 Favs and they are stellar here!!! Treat the servers well and they will take amazing care of you. One of the best Mexican restaurants in town. Yummy!!!

If you want the best Mexican food you'll ever have, but don't want to travel to Mexico, El Nopal is where you want to be! It was love at first bite and the service is really good too!

It was a lovely place to eat. The staff was friendly and fast. The food was hot & delicious. The restaurant was bright and inviting.

Feel at home as they feed you and get your drink on..2 years of my dedicated patronage. I know the owner,and some waiters.. I even bring and send co-workers. Get your margarita and say aahhhh.

Food was correct. But was racist to us African American. We was ask to step outside after ordering our food. But I go back in to check on my food an it's 6 white ppl seating down waiting on they food wasn't even ask to step outside after ordering. Go in to pick my order up he points an tells me there's my food. But the white lady before me he hands her. Her food. I guess black folks are caring the virus in there eyes.

The El Nopals I frequent are Newcut and S 3rd also Eastern Pkwy and Preston !Wife and daughter love the food and Margaritas ! Steak lunch fajitas on a sizzling hot plate! Thats my favorite 🤩Sauteed onions peppers tomatoes with strip steakPlatter of toppings guacamole lettuce rice bean dip and three warm shells with a water $10 !!!!B good and hungry a lot to eat !Enjoy!!!!!

Good, classic Mexican food with quick service and cheap drinks.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla fajita, on the menu it came with onions, bell peppers, tomato, lettuce, sour cream. I told to the waiter that was practically only chicken in my quesadilla fajita and the onions was burned. He replied to me, that if I wanted bell peppers, I would have to pay more money, but respect to the onions burned he do not said anything. I am Latina and I realized that American clients are treated differentlyThis is very sad but it is true, the treatment I received made me write this note and I willNever return to this place.

El nopal has become one of my favorites places to eat. The first time I came 2 weeks ago with some friends to try the michelada so tasty, refreshing and great and today I finally try their food, so authentic and delicious and the portions are huge so get ready for flavor to the max!Corn chips and fresh salsa with a hint of spice as welcoming so tasty!Yes Micheladas, although since they have a big selection of Mezcal I will totally order something else from the bar.We order red sauce chilaquiles with eggs over medium on top just ready to eat also comes with rice and black beans with sprinkle queso fresco. Our second plate was the molcajete if you dare to order this you may consider to share, comes with chorizo, Cecina, steak, queso Oaxaca, cactus, cebolla frita and on the side rice, corn tortillas and some veggies.We want it to order some appetizers but glad we didn't definitely lots of food already.I'm coming back and of course I suggested to my friends.
